Daniel Brown Dorsch

Mr Dorsch provided our family with a comprehensive trust that will be used by our children upon our passing. Mr. Dorsch was professional and his caring demeanor helped us uncover things that needed to be included in our trust that we had overlooked or not realized till he brought them to light. Hi...s thoroughness was very impressive and his ability to articulate to us in an understandable language, which broke down the legalese to English was so appreciated. His patience in answering the millions of questions that we came up with was exceptional. His meetings were professional and never a waste of time. After the first meeting with Mr. Dorsch my wife and I had a mutual feeling that this was the right person to accomplish what we needed in a trust and a living will. His preparation of the final product covers everything that we ever thought about needing. When we pass my wife and I feel very confident that our children will have no unexpected problems carrying out our final wishes and that our estate will be handled in a manner that will bring no hardships to their lives. Mr. Dorsch has helped our family come prepared to the table when we pass and my children know that this is one thing that they will not have to worry about when that time comes. We cannot express our appreciation and faith we have in Mr. Dorsch and can not thank him enough for the peace of mind that my wife and I now share more importantly my children now have that same peace of mind.

We were extremely disappointed with Daniel Dorsch. From the very beginning, he was slow to respond and it took several emails to prompt him to send promised drafts, taking almost a year to draft simple documents. He was argumentative about erroneously used terminology, refusing to correct errors in... documents. He made what should have been very simple transactions extremely complicated and we are still awaiting the final product - even after several email requests. Other than our initial Zoom consultation, he was inattentive to requests and failed to follow-through on promised actions. We definitely will not use him again and have already contacted another attorney to correct the documents he prepared for us.

My husband and I met Dan Dorsch several years ago. He led us through the legal aspects of having a trust, how it worked and what steps were needed after he completed our trust. He took time to explain things thoroughly, answer questions and made us feel very comfortable discussing financial issues ...with him. Fast forward several years, and I found myself calling Dan again to ask questions concerning our trust due to the fact my husband had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I wanted to make sure we had everything in place prior to his passing. Dan again took time to answer all my questions and graciously offered his assistance during my husband's illness. Once my husband passed, I again needed Dan's advice. He walked me through the process of what I would need to do and how. I can't think of anyone else I would trust with my legal matters. Dan is a man of integrity and compassion.

We came to Dan looking for counsel on estate planning. We had goals in mind but little knowledge on how to accomplish them. Dan, very thoughtfully and thoroughly educated my wife and I on how to protect our estate and ensure our wishes are followed. We are now very comfortable that should somethin...g happen, our son will be cared for and assets properly administered. He also speaks in plain English for those of us who don’t speak the legal vernacular.
