Daniel J. Martinez

I hired Mr. Martinez to help with a child custody case but after 2 months, he had done very little work on my case that I ended up firing him. I believe he's incompetent when it comes to family law cases such as mine even though he is responsive. What he didn't understand was that making promises wit...hout action was not working on the case as it led to nowhere. I recommend hiring somebody knowledgeable with a proven record on family matters. Mr. Martinez all he does is talk with no action and he's very good at it.

Took my money, didn't spend a SECOND reviewing my case and wrote a generic letter that didn't even represent my case. He is greedy and has no integrity. Treats his clients like dirt. Doesn't return calls or emails, is dismissive, is unprepared and misrepresents case. Isn't prudent enough to send lett...ers requiring signature confirmation and when client requests this he lies and says he will do it but doesn't. He is a disgrace.

Great attorney, very thorough and explained all the steps to expect with my case and was very patient and accommodating when I needed payment arrangement. He made my situation less stressful and complicated, he answered my calls and made the time to explain any parts of my case I was worried about.
