Brian Emerson Tadtman

Attorney Brian Tadtman is a trial-tested lawyer with ample experience representing clients both in and out of the courtroom. He is dedicated to fighting for what is right, which is why he practices personal injury law and fights for those who don't have a voice. Each case Brian handles is personal, which is why he takes the time to provide a sympathetic ear to his clients. During his years in practice, Brian has spear-headed several large cases. He acted as the lead attorney on two separate bellwether cases in national MDL litigation, and he was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the National Federal Farxiga MDL by the Honorable Judge Lorna Schofield of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Brian has also secured multi-million dollar verdicts for clients in individual suits in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

In addition, Brian guides entrepreneurs in creating and managing fledgling businesses and litigates defense side construction disputes.

Each and every case Brian takes receives his utmost care and attention. He approaches each case with an eye on trial, that way both he and his clients are prepared if the time comes. And, if they are able to settle outside of court, his thoroughness only provides additional support.

When he isn’t working, Brian volunteers at the Blue Valley School District for the We The People program and he also mentors at the Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies. He also enjoys spending time with his sons and meticulously grooming his beard.
