Top Notch Work Comp Attorney

I was fortunate to be referred to Jim by an attorney that defended someone against Jim's client. The attorney told me Jim was the best he had ever seen in the field of work comp claims. He was very much correct. Jim has been handling work comp cases for over 20 years. He knows the laws and in my ...case a law changed during my case and he was able to benefit my settlement by knowing that change occured. He was able to quote cases after cases similiar to mine. It made me feel like he has read every work comp case out there! My case took a long time to settle. The attorney for my former employer had never handled a work comp case and Jim was even helping him learn the process. In the end, Jim fought as hard as he could and was successful in getting me a settlement that was close to what he expected I would get. The defendant's attorney even told me what a good attorney Jim is. I would also like to mention Jim's staff. They are excellent! Very good communication and never missed a beat. I recall they have been with him for years. As a legal team, Jim and his staff get more than 5 Stars!
