Allison Gail Confer

Allison G. Confer has practiced with Wallace Saunders since 2005, and was elected as a partner in 2012.  She serves as both a trial lawyer and as an advisor to clients on preventive strategies to avoid litigation. Allison practices in both the state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri handling a variety of cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, odor nuisance and environmental contamination claims against farming operations, sexual misconduct claims against churches, construction defects, product liability, and contract disputes.  Allison also has considerable experience litigating insurance coverage disputes.  Allison’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediations and settlement conferences, jury trials and appeals.

Allison was born and raised in southern Kansas.  She and her husband are now raising their own family in the Kansas City area.  In her rare free time, Allison enjoys golf and travel.
