This fellow is a smooth talker and could explain any questions that concerned you in a fashion where you felt that he really cared. Then, when you need to contact him, you must leave message after message on a machine or with his Assistants Voice Mail, and it is rare that you get a return call. H...e could not answer a simple question about how many of my varied money accounts, were 'protected' from the Bankruptcy Court/Trustee. I have been told by my Financial Planner, as well as my CPA that my Bankruptcy Attorney should know the answer to this question. I got the feeling that he simply did not wish to take my case. He did not state that 'he would find out' or any type of encouraging suggestions. He was very hard to contact on the telephone.
