Biography
Todd is an accomplished and experienced trial attorney. Throughout his nearly twenty-five-year legal career, he has tried approximately 350 trials to verdict; has substantial experience trying large, complex cases in arbitration; and has successfully argued multiple cases on appeal before appellate courts. His practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes, with a concentration in business litigation. To date, total damages in the cases he has been involved with exceed $675 million. Todd joined the firm in 2019. Before that, he was a shareholder in an AmLaw 100 national law firm.
