Greg L. Musil

Greg Musil is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully resolved business and commercial disputes for clients since 1987. He is committed to finding a business answer to his clients’ problems and disputes. He has worked with individual entrepreneurs, small businesses and America’s largest companies to craft cost-effective and valuable solutions that focus on the client’s principles and goals. Greg has successfully handled disputes ranging from straightforward contract breaches to complex issues in condemnation, real estate development, warranty, corporate transactions, probate and trust challenges, and class actions. His dispute resolution experience includes mediation, arbitration, as well as administrative, bench and jury trials in Kansas and Missouri.

Greg’s diverse practice includes an emphasis on real property issues including eminent domain, land use and zoning, acquisition of economic development incentives, valuation of real property and property tax appeals and exemptions. He served on the City Council of the second largest city in Kansas from 1993 to 2001, giving him a unique perspective on municipal and local government land use, zoning and development opportunities. Greg has represented owners and developers in projects as diverse as multi-family, office, hotel and restaurant, and significant mixed-use projects in the greater Kansas City area.
