Edward “Chip” Robertson Jr. takes great pride in serving others. As the head of Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader’s well known and respected class action and appellate practice divisions, Robertson’s past experience affords him the kind of unique insight that wins cases. He has previously served as a chief justice of Missouri’s highest court and later as a judge in that same court. Robertson authored roughly 200 opinions during his tenure at the Supreme Court. He has also served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Westminster College in Fulton, MO, and as a special consultant to the U.S. Attorney General. For his outstanding contributions to his field, Robertson has been honored with the 1991 Missouri Statesman of the Year award and the Missouri Bar President’s Award.
