Biography
I'm an attorney with a construction background who focuses on civil litigation and arbitration. With that background, I represent design professionals, developers, contractors and suppliers in complex construction matters all across the country. I have handled virtually every type of claim that could arise from a construction project and also have substantial experience assisting on the front end of developments.
I also have extensive experience representing business owners in a variety of commercial litigation (including tortious interference, covenants not to compete, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties). My practice also includes civil rights (Section 1983 claims), personal injury, and other matters.
I recently obtained a $650,000 jury verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri for my client against a police officer in a police brutality civil rights case that had been ongoing for over 9 years.
