I hired the Denning Law Firm to protect my daughter and myself. Instead of doing basic case preparation, they actively allowed the defense to manipulate physical evidence and commit fraud. The actual incident was a minimum-impact, low-speed event occurring inches from the curb in a driveway breezeway..., where the only physical debris left on the ground was a single piece of a hubcap. Yet, the defendant (Michael Sublett) claimed his entire vehicle was totaled that day—fraudulently using our minor contact to cash in on heavy pre-existing prior damage. My lawyers stood by silently and failed to challenge this. Even worse, they allowed the defense to submit a critical scene photograph completely upside-down and distorted to falsely claim both airbags deployed (which I have fully documented in my official complaints). My lawyers withheld depositions, refused to challenge this fake evidence, allowed 11 manifest errors to stand, and abandoned us to fight as pro se litigants while maintaining a predatory lien on our file. Avoid them completely.
