We have used Mark as our corporate attorney for at least 12 years. He is very knowledgeable about all relevant topics related to our business (as well as retaining an excellent memory/records of our transactions/business history) and is an asset when needing direction or advice. He understands the... challenges facing corporations and is responsive to those issues. He has helped us drafting contracts to assisting us with an asset purchase agreement to buy another company to recommending a legal solution for a situation to helping us resolve an employment issue. We have been satisfied with all transaction; hence the reason we have stayed with him for so long.
