Outstanding Attorney!

Kyle Barscewski recently represented me in a divorce case. I extensively researched family law attorneys, and Kyle was recommended to me. I could not have asked for a better lawyer! Kyle is smart and talented and guided me through the entire process. He not only kept me informed, but also involved in... the case, which was very important to me. Kyle was always prompt in replying, took the time to hear my concerns, answered my many questions, and clearly outlined the options. I appreciate that he was straightforward and explained what to expect – positive and negative. I had complete confidence in Kyle and fully trusted him. Child Custody/Support/Parenting Time

When searching for a lawyer to represent us, we found many lawyers that were condescending and had no faith in our goals for our child. We were told that we were being unrealistic and one even told us as a father my husband was asking for too much time and 50/50 custody and time wasn’t a realistic ex...pectation for a father. With a judge that had similar stereotypical views and no lawyer willing to see our vision we were losing hope. After speaking with Henry and Kyle we gained much hope for our case. The entire Henry Law Firm team, including Henry, Lisa and Kyle, were absolutely amazing. Kyle shared much knowledge with us and advised us in the appropriate direction. If we were headed in the wrong direction he guided us back with much needed education and care. Kyle has my full confidence and trust. Everyone’s case is different and success is dependent on each case; however, Kyle will never give up and do his best to see your vision while ensuring the best interests of the child/children involved. We endured a long, bumpy journey that was well worth the end results. We now have equal time and opportunities with our child and my husband has learned to be a better father and co-parent along the way. Over a year a ago, I required child support representation. After reviewing my case, two separate high priced attorneys informed me that that my initial settlement was so lopsided that they would not take my case. Fortunately, I contacted Attorney Steve Henry online. After reviewing my case, he al...so reiterated that my child support settlement was lopsided, but also said that all was not lost. He informed me that his partner, Attorney Kyle Barscewski would be willing to take my case, as long as I understood that there was only a 50% chance of revising the child support settlement. I have found Steve, Kyle and Lisa Rodriguez (Legal Assistant) to be the consummate professionals who have a solid grasp of the area of law that they practice (child support, marital separation agreement, parenting plan and child custody). In my case, Kyle made a very scholarly and detailed argument on my behalf that impressed Judge Keven M.P. O’Grady and his clerk. The case took exactly a year and I ended up with a more reasonable child support settlement. 

I am very fortunate to have The Henry Law Firm, P.A. in my corner. They are truly a professional service firm. During business hours, the phone was always answered, detailed periodic emails kept me informed, finer points of the law were patiently and clearly explained. Most of our communication was via email, but phone or video chat were also used. In the future, if the need for an attorney arises The Henry Law Firm, P.A. are a phone call away. The mental anguish and financial cost of going to court, could have simply been avoided by initially hiring the right attorney. If you can’t settle out of court amicably, get an excellent attorney! As the old FRAM commercial used to say, “You can pay me now, or pay me later”. Steve, Kyle and Lisa thank you very much for all your hard work in representing my family and myself.
