Biography
Kevin J. Kruse has been practicing law in the Kansas City area for over 30 years. He was born and raised in the Kansas City metropolitan area and attended Rockhurst High School. After attending undergraduate and law school in Omaha, Nebraska at Creighton University, he returned to Kansas City to practice law.
The majority of Kevin’s practice is devoted to handling workers’ compensation claims throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, taking numerous claims to the appellate courts. While the vast majority of workers’ compensation cases are settled, Kevin knows that it is important to have the experience and the confidence to take these cases to the trial and appellate court levels if necessary to obtain the desired result.
Kevin also have civil trial experience in handling a variety of cases, including those involving motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, and employment litigation.
