With experience litigating a variety of cases in both state and federal district and appellate courts, and with years of professional background and training in technology, Daniel has also published several articles and lectured on emerging legal issues in cyber law and cloud computing. In addition to commercial litigation, Daniel has experience in water law, product liability, and environmental disputes.
