Really great attorney, I really appreciated how Melanie helped me through my child custody case. Having a few different lawyers and, going through multiple cases. Im glad I was referenced to Melanie from a very good friend. I knew from the start our feel out meeting that she was the right attorney fo...r me. She definitely made me feel comfortable through my whole case, their was never a point in my case where I wasn't in the know with what was going in my case, I never felt out of the loop, I never felt like she was playing both sides. She was very organized, comprising with her answers and knowledgeable whenever I felt the need to ask questions. She was also very guided and open to talking about things which personally I felt a level comfort. Some attorneys are one out to just get your money, some really don't care about the task at hand or get the big picture overall looking further down the road. Truthfully speaking Melanie did a great job in my case really helping me understand the big picture for further down the line and, really breaking it down in our personal conversations. I really appreciated the fact that she was very responsive with sending back and forth emails, and if I needed to call or schedule a call with her she would always do her best to set a time to make it work. Overall really fantastic lawyer for me personally, I would definitely recommend Melanie to anyone going through a child custody case especially being a single father. She takes her job very seriously and looks out for your personal best interest, and once again does very great job of helping you see long term plans that could help you down the road also. Hiring a quality attorney is definitely worth it especially when they help you see it from both sides of things. Once again the level of communication was also expressed with caring feelings of making the right decisions for me, and my kids. I cant say enough good things about the way I was represented. Melanie was calm and collected, smart and kind, fair but tough. She helped me keep my cool in a contentious meeting with my ex and his lawyer, at the same time as she advocated (successfully) for my children and me.
