DUI Attorney
I was stopped for a DUI in that state of Missouri in the summer of 2018. I live in Kansas so I was not aware of the process of living in another state while in trouble in another. I was placed under arrest and went to jail. After I was released I found attorney Paul Burmaster through a ton of research on finding the best lawyer for my case. After meeting with him I knew this was the man to represent me and my case. Im glad I did. I had 2 court hearings to overcome and try and win my case. The first was the circuit court for keeping my drivers license. Long story short...We won by a judges ruling and I was able to keep my license and not go on any record or take a insurance hit. The 2nd court hearing I had to attend was for the criminal side of it with the KCMO Municipal Court. Prior to this Paul had came up with the best plan to represent and fight my case before going into the court room. I was always aware and kept in contact at all times of these hearings so I was fully aware of what was going on at all times. The day of the court hearing with the judge, prosecutor, and two police officers I knew what was going on during my trial keeping me in more of a calm state of mind knowing I had a good fighting chance to win. This helped me keep focused and my stress low at a time like this. During this trial I observed Paul being very organized and two steps ahead of everyone in the court room. With his knowledge and aggressive skill set we were able to win my case and was dismissed. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this attorney to anyone. He will stand up for you and your rights to deliver the best outcome of any case that is brought to him. Thanks Again.

Very Persistent and Knowledgeable
I hired Paul to help me with a DUI charge that I faced in Kansas. From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands. He was thorough, persistent with communication, and able to defend me to the greatest degree when the time came to do so. We won my DUI case, and I could not be happier with the results, as well as the effort that Paul put forth in making it happen. Very persistent, he didn't give up on my case
I was stopped for a DUI and Paul convinced me to go all the way through trial. After the prosecution wasn't able to get my case ready for speedy trial, he managed to get the case dismissed.

Excellent lawyer, very persistent!
I hired Paul when I had some legal issues. The case ended up taking over a year to be resolved, during the entire time Paul kept me informed on what was happening. He never gave up on my case and kept pushing until we got the result we wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me in a time I needed him most.

Paul is the right choice!
I was arrested for dui in 2015 and contacted Paul shortly after the arrest. Right from the beginning I knew Paul was the right choice to represent me. His knowledge of the legal process is unparalleled and very reassuring. Paul always returned my calls and answered any questions that I had. Dedicated, knowledgeable, commited. Excellent Lawyer
I contacted Paul Burmaster regarding a DUI charge. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding potential approaches to this type of case. He was also very realistic about the potential outcomes and did not over promise on a result. I chose to go with him after consulting with multiple other lawyers, and could not be happier with my choice. Paul was very thorough, going over ever detail of the case with a fine tooth comb. In the end he educated me regarding the potential approaches we could take with the case, leaving the ultimate decision to me. I opted to fight the charge, and although the case did drag out longer than anticipated I remained confident in my decision to hire Paul as well as fight the charge. In the end we were victorious and the charges of the DUI were dropped. I couldn't be happier with the result, Paul has allowed me to move along with my life, and put this behind me. Amazing!
Paul was definitely the best lawyer I could have found. I have used his services twice now and had great results both times. He's very timely and caring about your case which is what I really liked, and compared to some other attorneys I had met with, Paul seemed to be more knowledgeable about both my cases and my options, and did the greatest job in explaining it to me in a way I can understand. Great attorney
This was my first DUI. It is a very stressful experience, but Paul Burmaster eased my fears and made me feel like there was hope. Every situation is different, but he was able to get my DUI reduced to a non moving violation. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Even though he had a lot of clients at the same time as me, I never felt under-appreciated, or that he was slacking on my case. I would recommend him to anyone I know that is needing legal counsel.

Your search for a lawyer is over!
Paul has represented me on 4 separate occasions and has produced excellent results every time. Specifically, he helped me to avoid felony charges on my 3rd DUI. Also, when facing multiple charges in another case, he was able to get the charges combined into a single offense, for which I received a diversion. Thank you for a solid defense
From the first meeting Paul I was happy with my choice of a lawyer. In our first meeting he clearly explained what the possible outcomes were based on the limited information I could provide him at the time. His information proved to be completely accurate after he received the police report and he successfully negotiated the best possible outcome for the case. He knows the law and the people in the court system so that he can work out the best outcome.

Extremely Impressed
I had been charged with a DUI in an incident involving an accident. I contacted Paul shortly after the incident, and hired him shortly after initially contacting him. He handled my case for me from beginning to end, and I was extremely impressed and satisfied with his work. He was extremely helpful and professional, and his years of experience were very apparent. My license was never suspended, and the DUI charge was dropped down to a defective equipment conviction. That was a better result than I had ever expected. Paul was easy to contact when I had questions, and he is very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone in a situation similar to mine.

I could not be more pleased with Paul Burmaster. He is a wonderful lawyer.(straight Forward) As i described my case with him he told me the best and worse case scenario's. It's my first time getting in trouble with the law regarding a DUI. In the beginning he said it may not be possible for a Diversion due to all the facts in the case. After all the fear i had, he told me i would qualify after going up to bat for me. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. i would recommend Him to everyone. Excellent Lawyer
I couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome of my DUI. I got off with only forty hours of community service, only six month of probation, as well as I was able to keep my drivers license. I would recommend Paul Burmaster to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you Paul.
