Biography
Mr. Wellman earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2002. He has represented individuals filing for Bankruptcy since 2006.
Mr. Wellman started his own practice in order to best serve clients by giving a high degree of attention to each client's needs. He has assisted hundreds of clients in filing for Bankruptcy relief under Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He enjoys the satisfaction that his clients get in obtaining the debt relief they seek. He also knows that for many people Bankruptcy may not be their best option and takes pride in providing guidance towards Non-Bankruptcy options.
