Serena Asayo Hawkins

I primarily serve as Guardian ad litem in high conflict divorce cases and foster care cases. I do independent investigations regarding children. I also help parents come to an agreement regarding parenting time rather than litigate the issues in court. I also serve as counsel for parents.

I frequently help family members and foster parents adopt children out of the foster care system. I have many contacts with foster care agencies and workers.

Municipal and District court litigation of low level felonies and misdemeanors including DUIs, drug cases, traffic cases and property crimes

Willing to travel to metro municipalities to handle traffic tickets and infractions.
