Super lawyer huh?

James Spies was my court-appointed lawyer in Wyandotte County case 18CR0395 in 2018. The discovery he handed me included another defendant's case file. Pages in the set he gave me were missing signatures that appear on the court-file versions. I filed motions about it, and on September 19, 2018, the ...court granted my motion and removed him as my lawyer. All of that is in the court record. I have filed a complaint with the Kansas Office of the Disciplinary Administrator. If this lawyer is appointed to you, check every page of your discovery against the court file.
