Negligent and fails to act on time for his clients. He doesnt want to work. Asked him to remove himself off of my case after him telling me he did not want to represent me. He then ceased all conversation with me and the last day we spoke a positive review with my name on it was posted here. He didn...t file any motions on my behalf and was unaware about what was going in with my case. No further questions or statements or ever had anything to say in court or against anything from the state . only wants to do pleas but wont even try to negotiate the plea deal. Unethical, unprofessional, poor communication skills. Yelling and hanging up phone. When asked why he didnt respond to the motion from the state he said he was busy . I wouldnt recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Mr. Todd was always on-time for court appearances and scheduled meetings/phone calls. Gave great recommendations and explained, in detail, what certain pleas could do (or not do) for my case. I know I would have served time if he had not been assigned to me, and I later hired him for another matter, ...which he helped me to win. I recommend anyone who needs help in a criminal theft or larceny case, or DUI/DWI. He really knows the law and how to apply it to individual situations.
