Biography
Welcome to the law firm of Michael P. Dreiling, Jr. As a member of the legal profession, I focus on providing clients with an honest and accurate assessment of their legal issues with an eye to practical and realistic solutions or results for my client.
I have extensive experience in helping clients prepare estate plans to provide for their loved ones while minimizing possible federal and state estate taxes through effective planning.
Additionally, I have provided families with effective, efficient service in assisting with probate administration in Johnson and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas and Jackson, Clay and Platte Counties in Missouri. I was named a Super Lawyer-Rising Star Missouri Kansas in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning for 2008 and 2009.
In addition to those practice areas, I use my accounting degree and master’s in tax law to assist clients with tax compliance and IRS tax controversy matters, business and corporate law matters, formation of limited liability companies, LLCs, partnerships, S Corporations, real estate, traffic, speeding tickets and DUI cases in Olathe, Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Merriam, Mission, Roeland Park, Westwood, Westwood Hills, Fairway, Prairie Village, Leawood in Johnson County, Kansas and in Kansas City and Independence, Jackson County, Missouri and the greater Kansas City Metro area.
