I was put on probation for 36 months. It was destroying my livelihood. The state revoked my esthetician license so I couldn't work in my career of the last 20 years. And I couldn't get financial assistance I needed as a single mother. I was in a Catch-22. I needed financial help more than ever, but ...I was being denied it because of my probation. At about 15 months completion of probation I wrote a letter to the judge asking to terminate early, which was denied. Evan reached out to me after this to notify me that he thought I could get off early and recommended that I make another attempt and file for a court date. Evan represented me at that next court date. The judge seemed to not want to budge on her original decision. The prosecutor seemed pretty confident that I shouldn't and wouldn't be allowed off probation.  But Evan knew the statutes! And at our next court hearing, he was prepared. He did an amazing job defending me and communicating to the court my true character. This resulted in my probation being terminated at 50% completion! Wow! He is truly a good person and will fight for you! Now I can get my work license back and get back to my real job. Can't thank you enough Evan!
