Biography
I am the principal attorney for the Pickering Law Firm. We focus our practice on providing solutions in business and commercial disputes involving corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships as well as for shareholders, corporate officers, and principal employees. We provide advice to the corporation, its owners, its principal business generators, as well as the equity owners. While we bring thirty years of litigation experience to bear on our client’s legal problems, in a wide range of litigation areas, we work primarily with these businesses and individuals.
I practice with my daughter Margot who, in addition to supporting the main practice, handles bankruptcy work, and other general litigation.
Our goal is to find the right solution or strategy for you, and then to execute that solution or strategy for you.
