Biography
Hi! My name is Curtis G. Barnhill. I’ve been helping people resolve their legal problems and issues for over 25 years. Although I’m licensed in the state of Kansas and the U.S. District Court of Kansas; I have often represented clients all across the United States.
I’m a proud Jayhawk and a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, where I earned the honor of being selected as a member of the law review staff. Additionally, I was one of four recipients of the Schroeder Law Scholarship - - all three years of law school.
I enjoy public speaking and teaching. Over the years I’ve been invited to speak by a number professional organizations. The presentations I recall best were for the International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans, National Coordinating Committee for Multi-employer Plans, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Women’s Attorney Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Douglas County Bar Association, Wyandotte County Bar Association, Shawnee County Bar Association, the University of Kansas, and the Saline-Ottawa Counties Bar Association.
