Chad Thomas Courtney

When I first met with him he said my case was a home run and could easily get what I wanted accomplished. After 9 months he said that we didn't have a chance. My parenting plan isn't even the same as my other sons which I gave to him multiple times. He is lazy and doesn't care after he gets his retai...ner. Now I have to pay a new lawyer almost the same amount of money to get me out of the situation he put me in. I am in the process of filling a complaint with the Missouri bar association and going to talk to another lawyer about other avenues on suing him. I am not a crazy guy I own a business here in Springfield am a mason and a Shriner. Please don't let Chad take advantage of you like he has me. My sons don't get to see each other for months at a time because of his laziness and lack of anything. You would be better off representing yourself.

This lawyer has to be the worst lawyer I have ever seen. I would have been better off going it on my own. It was a waist of money like burning it and he caused me more damage than if i represented myself. So i got nothing for my money plus he cost me more money than you people will ever know. You can... use him if you want the otherside to win. Or he will take your case, than if he desides he doesnt like what he got himself into he will demand so much money in deposit that he knows you can not afford than go to the judge and withdraw like he did with me!!
