After I retired and moved to Springfield, Mo..My money didn't go as far.. I found someone to help me only to find out what a scam they were..My daughter found Marc Licata and we set up an appointment for me.. my daughter also lent me the money to get started.. she wants me lessed stressed so I'm arou...nd longer.. I found Mr. Licata very pleasant, as he explained in a two hour meeting what we would need to get together.. which had my Mom running around in Wisconsin.. I cried that day..I couldn't believe how my life had spiraled out of control. I worked with all the employees Marc had.. I found everyone to be professional and any questions I had or help I needed was met with a smile and courtesy.. it's embarrassing to have to admit how out of credit card control I had become.. including loans out on my paid for condo.. what happened to me? I was alot in debt.. not once was I looked down on or made to feel "stupid." I paid off my fees and then waited for my court appointment. I sat in the court room all worried and found it to be quick and painless..The judge was wonderful and Marc sat next to me when it was my turn.. it's now over and finalized. Marc Licata and Company gave me my life back..A chance to start over, debt free and I'm happy again. I don't live payday to payday anymore. I highly recommend this firm if you want help.. don't feel like there's no hope for you out there.. Because there is help and I'm writing this because I received the help I so desperately needed.
