Lynn Plaisance Johnson

I hired Lynn back in 2009 for divorce/custody. She handled everything on time, was organized, and put the best interest of my kids ahead of everything else. 10 years later when my ex popped up out of the blue trying to come after me for money, even though I've raised the kids myself, who are now yo...ung adults, Lynn took care of everything for me again!! Would highly recommend Lynn!

I hired Lynn for a post-divorce matter. She failed to do her job. In the end, I refused to pay my $8500 bill and filed a complaint with the Missouri Bar Association. Lynn failed to respond to the bar correspondence about my complain. She also failed to appear at the Missouri Bar mediation schedu...led for my complaint. The bar found in my favor and I did not have to pay. I would never recommend Lynn. She did not follow through, did not keep appointments, and was unprepared. I question her integrity. During the process, I inquired about a hearing that was scheduled for my case -- Lyn said there was no hearing. Then, on the day of the hearing, Lynn called me from the court room - and said yes there was a hearing and I needed to be there immediately! She is disorganized to say the least!

Hired her for my divorce. She got all of the paper work wrong!! I was so ashamed when my spouses attorney made a fool not only of her but me too. Half of the things in my divorce papers were wrong. For one my name was wrong. In two different places. She kept charging me to redo the paper work she s...crewed up. If you loose in your divorce blame yourself for using her. And be prepared to pay 5 times more than what she said she was going to charge you.

I hired her on a friends recommendation four years ago. Totally irresponsible, came to court unprepared and just swung from the hip. Never returned phone calls, overcharged and could not keep office staff. They were always changing. Never got any intelligent advice from anyone. One year later and $2...0,000.00 I finally got my divorce, but not anything she promised me when I hired her.
