I am an attorney with an MBA. I have handled complex legal matters in various transactional practice areas focusing a majority of my time on capital markets and equity derivatives. I have also worked on many litigation matters, including white-collar FCPA investigations and have a keen interest in continuing to develop my litigation acumen. I possess a deep passion for the sports & entertainment industry and have experience handling entertainment contracts and agreements.
