Biography
Mr. Preston grew up in Sparta, Missouri where he attended elementary and high school. After graduation, Mr. Preston decided to attend the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the College of Business and Public Administration. Upon graduation from the University of Arizona, Mr. Preston attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
After graduation from Law School, Mr. Preston and his wife decided to return home and he began his practice. As a partner with O'Reilly, Jensen & Preston, LLC, Mr. Preston focuses his practice on civil ligation and transactions with special emphasis on real estate law and litigation, construction law, personal injury, workers' compensation, employment law, collections, and business formation. Mr. Preston has been involved in all aspects of both judge and jury tried cases, as well as appeals there from.
