RUNAROUND. After 6+ months of avoiding phone calls and emails, repeated requests from me for the same info, and basically doing NOTHING except telling me "we're working on it", "waiting to hear from Hilton", my FULLY PAID OFF timeshare in the amount of $30,000 went into foreclosure. I could have save...d the $3,000 it cose me to hire them and had the same result! THEY DID NOTHING TO ASSISTand repeated requests for a refund - since they did nothing - have also gone unanswered. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!
