Biography
Springfield, MO. DWI/DUI Trial Attorney:
I have dedicated my whole legal career to criminal and DWI defense because I love helping people. I believe it is a privilege to practice law and even more so when someone has asked me to help them get through their tough case. What sets me apart from the rest is that I am completely results oriented. I want to get the right result for each client no matter how long it takes. I take pride in serving my clients well. I understand providing excellent service and getting results require hard work, an attention to detail, and preparation.
I am committed to defending the rights of those facing criminal charges using aggressive and innovative approaches to defending those accused of violating criminal and DWI laws in Missouri. I have proven to be a valuable asset to my clients, successfully defending them in Greene County, Christian County, Webster County, and throughout southwest Missouri.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three sons. I am a huge sports fan, especially of the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and Missouri Tigers.

I’ve hired mr. John Kail on multiple occasions due to my driving habits. I must say the best way to describe Mr. Kail is he’s a winner. And to me that’s the most important aspect in hiring an attorney and I’ve never lost any traffic cases going through Mr. Kail.

Animal Abuse

Mr Kail helped me with my dwi case. I never had to say a word to the judge , and it seemed to me that he has a very good working relationship with the greene county judges.
