John M. Henderson Jr.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Henderson and his legal assistant Renee. They were easy to communicate with, understanding, and non-judgemental. When circumstances forced me to file for bankruptcy, I consulted with two other lawyers before hiring John. My bankruptcy case was more complica...ted than most. The other lawyers would not take my case without me providing appraisals, which I felt were unnecessary. I also did not have the funds to pay for these appraisals, after all, I was trying to file for bankruptcy. John took my case based on the facts I explained to him, and did not require "proof" in the form of an appraisal, as the other attorneys had. His fee was reasonable also. After ten months and three meetings with the bankruptcy trustee, it has finally been discharged. Mr. Henderson and Renee kept in contact with me through the entire procedure, letting me know what was needed. (I was right-I never needed those appraisals). Thanks to John and Renee for making a difficult, stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.
