Lifesaver!!

My husband and I were hit head on by a drunk driver. We were both very shook up with concussions as well as neck and back injuries. Roy was kind enough to come to our home to explain everything for us. Our case was complicated by us living in a different state than the accident took place. The differ...ent states had different laws about things, so Roy's expertise was invaluable. If I sent either he, or his paralegal Monica an email I heard back within a day or two. He would call if the explanation was long or complicated. I'm sure they both answered the same question twice; my poor brain was pretty shook up. In less than a year, he made a full recovery, the max allowable by both insurance companies. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Hire the right person for the right reasons

I would pray that no one would ever need the representation we had to seek after my parents were killed in an automobile accident by an uninsured motorist. But, the reality of it is you may need the right attorney. Mr. Roy Williams handled our case with care & dignity when our hearts were complete...ly broken. Nothing could bring our folks back, but he held the knowledge & direction to make sure we were compensated for the years my whole family was striped of.

Semi truck accident

I was in a 7 car accident involving a semi truck July 8, 2018. I suffered life changing injuries including spine and head injuries. Roy was compassionate, caring and patient. He always answered my calls and emails. He always kept me informed and would often have to remind me of things because I would... get nervous and forget. Roy is a very good attorney who absolutely knew what to do. I would greatly recommend him to anyone who has been hurt and needs help. I greatly appreciate having him for an attorney and a friend. I had spoke with other TV attorneys. They were all jumping for the chance to represent me because it was a slam dunk. TV attorneys sent people way far removed from being an attorney!l and would get probably 50% of the settlement!!!! Don't call TV attorneys. Call Roy at Henry Law Firm.

Professional, straight-shooter with decades of experience

When I was preparing to go through a divorce, I was told by a cousin who works in the legal field that Roy Williams is “the most solid attorney around.” Since hiring Roy Williams to represent me, I have found that to be true. In my initial consultation, Roy demonstrated that he knew Missouri law like... the back of his hand. He was a careful listener, and was very considerate of the difficult emotional time I was going through. He was a straight-shooter, telling me frankly what the strengths and weaknesses of my case were. He offered his advice yet also reminded me that I was “the boss,” and that I make the final decisions in my case. He also proved to understand—and even predict, in some cases—the human behavior that goes into negotiations and court proceedings. Some of these skills probably come from his decades of experience in practicing law, but I also attribute some of them to his character and intelligence. He raised questions about important things I would never have thought of. Also, whereas I have had a difficult time having other attorneys return my phone calls in a timely manner, Roy Williams has consistently returned my calls promptly, making for a smoother experience. He understands the art of negotiation and the importance of justice and fairness. He has my highest recommendation as an attorney.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I would highly recommend Roy. I was an opposing attorney against Roy early in my career and found he was a tough fighter for his client. Roy continues this trait. I admire Roy's willingness to take a case to trial (if necessary), which benefits his client if he settles a case. In contrast, some of the other local PI attorneys (especially those on tv), settle almost all of their cases and therefore, the insurance company minimizes the settlements for those injured individuals. Roy is a credit to our profession."
