Scott C. Hinote

We used Scott Hinote for a modification and he did a poor job representing our case. He didn't take the time to learn about the details, we sat in the court area while he was arguing the case with the judge in the judge's chambers and he did a poor job against the other attorney even though we had a... strong case. He doesn't return calls or inquiries in a timely manner. He convinced us into accepting the other parties offer even though the judge would have granted more time. I would NOT recommend Hinote to anyone except my enemies. Oh, he also likes to make fun of the parties on his facebook page. Very poor professionalism.
