Jessica Renee Martin

I handle divorce, custody, juvenile, guardianship and adoption cases for Martin & Wall, LLC. I represent clients in divorce and custody actions, parents and minors in juvenile cases, and acts as Guardian ad Litem for children involved in family, juvenile and probate cases. I have represented clients on both sides of ex parte orders of protection, and routinely handles cases that involve combinations of multiple pending cases. Perhaps the happiest cases in the courthouse, adoptions have become one of my favorite things to file, and have become a significant part of the practice.

In addition to running a busy family law practice, I also serve in several different community organizations, including: CCCC Sertoma (Vice President), Christian County Bar Association Board of Directors (Vice President), Christian County Library Foundation Board of Directors (Board Member), First Baptist Church of Ozark (Assistant Teacher in KIDS Rock Program), Southwest Missouri Kappa Delta Alumnae Association (member), and participate in both the Ozark Chamber of Commerce and Nixa Chamber of Commerce. I pride myself on the experience and reputation I have developed in my time in Christian County. I am respected in the family courts of Christian and Taney Counties, which are the only counties in which I currently accepts cases. Dylan Driskell a native of Rogersville, Dylan represents clients in divorce and custody actions, parents and minors in juvenile cases, and acts as Guardian ad Litem for children involved in family, juvenile, and probate cases in the Springfield Metropolitan area.
