My fiance wanted one name changed on an existing will. He signed papers of info she needed in order to do the change BUT did not receive any copies that he signed. He left (by his own mistake) not knowing what was exactly to be done or what price was going to be charged. Lawyer said they have to red...o the whole will and not just make an amendment. We had to call the office to see what was going to be charged. We got the answer on the phone of $400, flat fee, plus, $35 to record. I am writing this to be a record of the events in case the price is different. We are unhappy with the lack of clarity.
