Mark C. Prugh

Mark C. Prugh has practiced law for more than 30 years. He is licensed in Missouri and Texas and has handled a broad range of civilian and military legal matters.

Before entering private practice, Mark served for thirteen years as an active-duty officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He also served in the infantry.

Mark earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Laws with a criminal-law focus from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia.

He has taught graduate courses for Webster University and undergraduate courses for Drury University. His teaching has included political science, environmental law, global environmental politics, judicial process, constitutional interpretation, social justice and punishment, white-collar crime, criminal law, procurement law, administrative law, and security-management law.

Mark has published two articles and a legal guide. His community service has included leadership with the Waynesville–Saint Robert Lions Club, Officer Christian Fellowship at Fort Leonard Wood, United Methodist Men, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and Pulaski County Habitat for Humanity.
