03/2/2021 I called needing legal advice on a custody matter. Was told it sounded like it be best if I sent my son home with dad and I agreed. Neither of my sons have ever been returned to my home. Every part of their lives have been abducted through no foul of mine or their siblings. I hired him ...shortly after this advice for a crap petition for protection order that ended up dropped. He said he would represent for a FAM, then said I should proceed prose. 600 days later and 4 weeks After the trial it was dismissed. In meantime ex had lawyered up immediately answered with a mod where I lost some joint physical custody. It don’t matter anyway this guy has not read one line of a court order in almost 3 years, I have no contact w my kids or x.. maybe I should ask Kris since they all been fishing together since prior to any of this?

He up front told me how good he was and when he was working in Salem they called him Mr. DWI. Well he took my money and did nothing after that. One we only had one meeting in his office. That was the money meeting. No contact with me at all then he would be late for court with some please bargain he ...came up with on court day. I finally got rid of him in court and represented myself and got a better deal. Kris is a great guy to talk to just terrible at his job Do not hire him!

This just may be the worst lawyer out there. I paid him up front and all I received was messed up files that I had to call about to get changed. When I called I was told that he would call me back but that continued to be a lie and I was charged for every time I called. When we went to court he backe...d down and did not fight for me or my case. When I finally had enough and fired him he sent me a bill with an outrageous number.
