Jack L. Miller

I hired Jack May 28, 2013 and he is slow on things and draggs it out. He gets his assistant to do the petition's, but he will not get copies of Documents for you, that you maybe needed for proof if you have to fill out a Interrogatories for other Lawyer's. The review above says he says one thing an...d does another, that is true. All the things he told me and my son when I hired him wasn't true.. He told me they had an investigator that could get things or Documents, well then he wanted to hire an investagator for $2,500.00. I said I thought you haad an investagtor, Jack said oh he just serve's notices, he can't do the big stuff. He don't want you to tell him what to do, he wants to do what he wants. He is resigning as my Lawyer because my daughter wrote a letter for me to get things done and he said it was threating. He said no body tells him what to do. I was wondering why I paid him then? He forget's things and has to depend on his assistant who isn't too co-operative either .
