Where do I start as both Mr. Allen and his staff as they are very professional and exceeded my expectations involving what I thought was a simple adoption that turned into processing an international adoption with State Department forms and Hague Convention requirements. When we first met Mr. Allen h...e was straight forward about taking the case and some of the issues we might encounter with our granddaughter being German. Basically, the cost did not bother me but I thought it would be an easy adoption as both biological parents signed the rights over for us to adopt. There is a lot to learn but international adoption from our case but both Mr. Allen and Ms. Queen exceeded the standards several times when issues popped like having a home study approved by the State Department and making phone calls to resolve the rejection of our State Department forms due to little issues. I seriously thought the cost of this adoption was going to increase as more issues were involved in getting the case properly ajuducated through the legal system but Mr. Allen said we would stick to te agreed fee and would accept the challenge as it was unique. Having a great staff and someone like Ms. Queen to follow up on paperwork and phone calls on the status of the case is what makes a business successful as often the client just needs a status of where are we at and the plan for the road ahead which makes Allen & Allen a highly recommended firm to seek for legal issues. At the actual day of being in court with the judge Mr. Allen was excellent in the legal portion of the court between our now daughter and the judge as he took the time to let her know what was going to happen in the court as she gets very nervous with unknown folks. In closing, I highly recommend Mr. Allen and his firm as I am taking the time out to personally thank all the folks involved with the successful adoption of our daughter. This is a great reflection upon Mr. Allen, Allen & Allen firm, and the city of Lebanon, Missouri.

I met with Mr. Allen regarding difficult custody issue. I was unsure and unaware of my legal rights. He was very upfront and honest with the situation. I found him easy to talk with as he listened to my questions and gave me answers in a way I could understand. He worked with me and encouraged me. He... is hard working professional with a caring side. If I would of hired anyone else I would of lost. We now have a new chance for a new life.

I had talked with Chris about 2 weeks ago about a problem I have out of state. I don't deal much with lawyers and I needed advice..Knowing he was a gun dealer as well I knew he would have the best advice and know what I was talking about. He did!! He was from the start right with me as I told him my ...situation knew of the product in which I was talking about..He also seemed very concerned and bothered by this happening. He had told me to call him back if nothing was resolved and that he wanted to stew it over and he would help me out. I just went today to talk to him..Knowing he is a very busy lawyer in Leb. I was very impressed that he remembered 100% of the situation I had told him about and even had another lawyer in the office sit in for a 2 heads are better than 1(if you will) He did give me advice and pointed me in the direction I needed and was looking for. I have emailed a lawyer in Indiana to handle this. As I left he asked for me to keep him informed as well..I will do that but I wish Chris could be in my corner for this.

I hired chris for a felony charge, it was my first and only felony charge and he made me feel safe and calm under these dire circumstances. He always kept me informed about my case and ended up dropping my charge to a class C felony for a class B. I couldn't be more thankful and I would highly recomm...end his services to anyone in his area.
