This attorney did not return phone calls in a timely fashion and sometimes not at all. As the client I gave this attorney names of witnesses, facts and information that should have been used to exonerate me from the criminal charges. This attorney was 30 minutes late to trial, did not bring up any ...relevant information that I had provided and did not subpoena even one single witness on my behalf. He allowed me to sit in jail for 6 weeks without even once coming to discuss my case. Furthermore, I would have been much better off if he had worked for the state because then I might have had a ghost of a chance to be acquitted of the charges. I now have a felony because of the poor, inadequate representation.
