This attorney told me I had to take a plea agreement.One of the charges the judge asked to be read the evidence and he admonished both Michael and the Prosecutor for even having me charged at all because I broke no law.I did not get one piece of paper stating the evidence or charges until after I was... convicted.One of the charges I had irrefutable evidence I was not guilty and he wanted to ignore it because could be found guilty of one of the charges.Sure I made the choice to plead but based upon his ill advice that it was the only choice I had.Since he was a public defender and I was broke I felt I had no choice.
