Wrongful death case. Brake Check failed to correctly install the rear brakes on a Chevrolet Yukon and failed to remove air in the hydraulic brake system. The shoddy workmanship resulted in the death ... of my clients' son. Brake Check refused to pay a single dollar at the beginning of the case, but ended up settling for millions a few days before trial. We proved that the poor workmanship led to the rollover of the SUV.
