Review

Hired him to assist my daughter with a ticket. Paid his fee of $99 and received the plea agreement and bill for fine and court costs. Waited 2 and a half weeks to cash the check and the afternoon that the check was cashed another law firm called and said that they had taken over some of his cases be...cause he had personal problems and that my daughters was one of them. Did not submit the plea agreement or send in her $189.50. We found this out just 3 days before her court date and luckily the PA gave her another month to appear but she has to pay the fine again!

REVIEW

I wouldn't recommend this jackwad to Charles Manson. He took my $249.00 told me that he would take care of my speeding ticket. I then get an E-mail from him stating that court papers couldn't be delivered to my home because the address was no good ( BS ) so I sent him a very nasty reply back. Next ...day he called me back then I was able to find out that if I paid 276.50 the matter is done and over with. IF that was true then why the hell do I have to be in court on the 25th of august at 9am?

Speeding ticket client

I would NOT recommend the services of Mr. McRae and Traffic Law Services to anyone. He was hired to handle a speeding ticket for my daughter that he promised he could get reduced to a non-moving violation with no points. He was able to accomplish that, but when it came time to pay the fine, he drop...ped the ball. We paid him the money in plenty of time, but he did not send it to the prosecutor by the due date. When I checked case.net the day after the trial date, I was horrified to see a warrant for my daughter's arrest for failure to appear in court. I tried contacting him and even though office hours are listed as 9-7, I did not find anyone in the office until late afternoon. They had no explanation for why the fine wasn't paid and said they would put a check in the mail that night. I asked them to overnight express it and they said no. I asked for my money back so I could overnight express it and they refused. They said they would call the courthouse and merely on their word that money was in the mail, the warrant would be withdrawn. Not true. I called the courthouse and until they saw the money, nothing would be withdrawn. I stopped by the next day to make sure they actually mailed the check. I knew I couldn't call them because they seldom answer the phone, they don't return calls and most of the time the mailbox is too full to even leave a message. Mr. McRae was in the office that day. He said he had done all he could do by mailing the check late and waiting for the postal service to deliver it. When I asked why he didn't mail it on time, he blew up at me. He said he was busy. Another potential customer in the room confronted him on his rudeness to me and he cursed at her for several minutes informing her. Seven days after the court date and due date of the fine, his check arrived and the warrant was lifted. Then we find out her driver's license has been suspended and we need to wait for a compliance letter from the court and pray the DMV accepts it with our $20 to reinstate her license. He informed us of none of this.

look elsewhere, dont throw your money away

don't waste your money. I received an official looking letter in the mail and thought that I would be able avoid this ticket costing me thru insurance..... WRONG! Initially contact was very positive but after several attempts to re-mediate the issue, "employees" became very unprofessional and did not... resolve my issue, only added to them!

I have to say thank you

I had a DWI problem and Mr. McRae took care of it. He worked on my case for months and never charged me a dime more than what he said he would. I can't ask for no more than what he did. I can still be with my daughter because of what he did for me.
