She sent me a letter claiming that she had been appointed to my case. I responded with my own letter explaining that I didn’t want a bond and wanted to remain in custody until my case was resolved. Unfortunately for me and the residents of the state of Missouri I was forced out of the jail after a ...fat little correctional officer grabbed my arm and threatened to slam me on the concrete! He knows the only thing that gave him the balls to talk like that or grab me is the star on his chest. But how an attorney can say they represent you without even knowing what it is that you want is beyond me! These hillbillies in Miller County better hope that the charges against me are dismissed with prejudice or I will be suing a number of agencies and at least 10 officers in their personal capacities for civil rights violations while being in jail.
