I am a Columbia, Missouri personal injury and workers' compensation attorney dedicated to helping injured workers and accident victims recover the full compensation they deserve.
Before entering private practice, I worked for the Missouri Department of Labor, which gives me a unique inside perspective on how the other side thinks and how insurance companies and employers approach claims. I have taken cases all the way to the Missouri Supreme Court, arguing Gateway Taxi Management v. Division of Employment Security — experience that very few attorneys in this region can match.
My practice focuses on personal injury cases (car accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, wrongful death) and workers' compensation claims throughout Missouri.
