DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! She is not serious about defending her clients and rips them off for money. She was supposed to be in court today, 4/30/2024 and instead was in her car driving back from St Louis. Having to talk to the judge on video. She spends more time selling merchandise and being a soci...al media model wannabe, than defending the clients she is hired to represent. She is only going to get a plea bargain at best. SHE IS NOT A SERIOUS PERSON OR LAWYER. Just a slick talking scammer who should not be practicing law at all. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON HER.

I just want to thank Robin Winn and her team for fighting for me in my time of need, although I didn’t get the results I wanted she still was the best lawyer I’ve ever had and through the entire case I had peace of mind knowing she was fighting for me. Robin is always very prompt and professional while handling my case and expungemnts. She got the job done and didn’t BS me throughout the process. She genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does and it didn’t seem like it was all about money to her which is super important.... Always very friendly and responded to me in a very timely manner always.

I hired Robin Winn to represent my son who is incarcerated. After giving her $6000 & committing to $12,000 total. She scheduled a time for my son to call her & wouldn’t answer the phone when that time came. The following morning she was supposed to go see him for the first time, she overslept & didn’...t show up to see him. Another scheduled time she wanted him to call, she didn’t answer for him then either. His name wasn’t spelled right on his paperwork & the also had the county wrong. I received a text message at 2am on a weekday from her office saying she’d contact him the next morning, knowing that wasn’t even possible. I feel like Robin tells people what they want to hear in the moment, but doesn’t ever follow thru. I feel like she doesn’t care anything about her clients & I do NOT recommend her at all.

She is so amazing come to court & show out I was so worried at first but she told me to calm down she got this, she really did have it she is really god sent, her secretary Kelly they really work so hard n beautiful together they really did help me get my life back on track they are the ones to hir...ed you will not go wrong, put yo trust in god Jesus & robin Winn law team you will win ...
