Robin is always very prompt and professional while handling my case and expungemnts. She got the job done and didn’t BS me throughout the process. She genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does and it didn’t seem like it was all about money to her which is super important.... Always very friendly and responded to me in a very timely manner always.

I guess as I think about obtaining a attorney I am so disappointed in the unprofessional way that R Winn responds/handles her feedback. This is more like a "pissing" match!! Geez! Robin is it necessary to be little the parent? I'm not sure I would even have this review if you are telling parents th...ey are having a tantrum or are entitled! I will search more NOT name calling attorneys.

I hired Robin Winn to represent my son who is incarcerated. After giving her $6000 & committing to $12,000 total. She scheduled a time for my son to call her & wouldn’t answer the phone when that time came. The following morning she was supposed to go see him for the first time, she overslept & didn’...t show up to see him. Another scheduled time she wanted him to call, she didn’t answer for him then either. His name wasn’t spelled right on his paperwork & the also had the county wrong. I received a text message at 2am on a weekday from her office saying she’d contact him the next morning, knowing that wasn’t even possible. I feel like Robin tells people what they want to hear in the moment, but doesn’t ever follow thru. I feel like she doesn’t care anything about her clients & I do NOT recommend her at all.

Winn was very supportive of me and my family! Any questions I had she answered them leaving nothing out. She was very hardworking and truthful. Winn was by my side the whole time and I knew she had my back. She got the results me and my family wanted, including dismissing ALL CHARGES! No questions as...ked,
