Many times when I have simply inquired about the case he has avoided returning my texts or calls for weeks and weeks. In person and on the phone he is extremely rude and condescending and has cancelled hearings three times now the day before only because he was unprepared or had better things to do.... We had planned and looked forward to for weeks these hearings and this attorney cancels the day before every time with no explanation whatsoever only to leave us upset and disappointed. He does this with such irregard for the case while my husband is sitting in jail relying on him. He then finishes his day on facebook posting political garbage and sharing it to his profile and posting his several "check-ins" weekly to the local pub. He is very insensitive and rude and shows a huge lack of respect or concern for anyone with a criminal past through his negativity and his condescending attitude. He has lied to me and bluffed me with each court date into thinking my husband was gonna be released only to have him wait till the last minute and cancel court and give no explanation at all to either of us. We have been through a lot and its been extremely emotional, I cant believe someone can lead us to have such high hopes only to shatter them and then disappear from communication for weeks or months. Its been very difficult and I just wanna make sure no one else has to go through what we have.
